Recipe: Apple Cinnamon Sourdough Discard Pancakes
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup sourdough discard 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp of Cinnamon 3 Tbl Sugar 1 1/2 cups oat milk 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon salt 1 Apple diced Directions: Preheat your skillet over medium-low heat for 15 minutes Combine all your dry ingredients in a bowl and mix until it's combined.
